Any thoughts on Dewalt hand tools in general? Specifically, I just scooped up a Dewalt socket set from Costo. Its a 34pc for $30 though I don't see it listed on their website. It is made in Tiawan with a lifetime warranty 'hassle free replacement" (just call dewalt apparently). Don't really need another socket set but this is a little more complete than the Husky set I use for travel. Sockets are typical 6pt design and it comes in a snap lid caddy.

I have bought 3 of the DEWALT Mechanics Tool Set, 205-Piece (DWMT81534) for my two sons and me for $99. I am satisfy with it. I did have a small issue with the case and Dewalt sent me a new one.

I bought several of the Dewalt socket sets just like you show, for work. The tools are nice and sturdy, though just a bit thick and heavy. It's typical for lower cost tools from overseas.

The cases stack well.

I've seen DeWalt hand tool, but I wasn't in the market for handtools at a higher price point.

Last set I bought for the caravan was a cheap $10 set from HF with a coupon.
