Detroit 4-53TIB with a Frantz

Another filter change on my 4-53TIB. At the moment I'm changing the filter every 2000 miles or so as the engine is still breaking in. This oil now has 5200 miles on it, so will send off a sample and see how it's doing. Engine is still shedding metal, but I expect that to fall off once it's broken in. Engine has 7200 miles on fresh rebuild.

What oil are you running? Also are you doing any oil analysis?

I'm running Shell Rotella T1 SAE 40. Engine isn't broken in yet, so no oil analysis.
