The question now becomes- Are they going to take care of you?

I sure hope they do, although they will have more than likely gone backwards financially on the job. Not that I have sympathy for them if their work was defective.
 
I will say it again. When a typical V6 Honda vehicle gets junked, it is because the owner no longer wants to fix the ailing transmission. So the engine would be still good. There should be abundant supply of reasonably priced Honda V6 from recycling yards. Convince your shop to get one and forget this business.
 
Thanks for the update, but it'd be more beneficial if you would have just kept adding to the original post, instead of making a bunch of new ones.

Yep, I am just going to turn this in when it is out. I am sure with the luck I have had I will have a trans blow next................
