First time I see a 10W Delvac at Wally. This one is the SP version; HTHS=3.6.
Another option for the Power Stroke crowd.

Same price.Interesting. I’ve seen 30wt diesel oils but not this. Is it the same price as 15w-40 Delvac 1300?
What engine?I just bought some at my local Walmart to run in my Jeep.
4.0What engine?
That's where you and I differ.None of my stuff is too proud to run this.
Clean and full, babyThat's where you and I differ.
$15/gallon?
Seriously??
That's almost free...
API SN is plenty good for a 4.0.I just bought some at my local Walmart to run in my Jeep.
Wal Mart will deliver free with $35 purchase online. Had four gallons of this oil delivered today.I just bought one of these, it was $14.98 at Walmart which is a bargain even for a blend. Many years ago I used to run Chevron Delo 10w30 XLE in my Civic but it's hardly available anymore and even when you do find it they want way too much for it. It seems the Delvac is very comparable to the Delo in that both are synthetic blend 10w30 and has ratings for for both diesel and gas.
I'll have to see if any of the other Walmart stores in my area have it, I bought the last one on the shelf from that location.
Have they improved their packaging? I know it's been awhile but they were using single wall cardboard boxes and FedEx which was a double whammy. Needless to say sometimes when delivered they were busted open and another time got damaged during shipment and sent back to Walmart, they did however refund that one promptly.Wal Mart will deliver free with $35 purchase online. Boy not in my experience. The oil is so over priced that even a free filter doesn’t make up for it, plus to get a filter of my preference I have to pay an upgrade fee that cost as more than I can order the filter for onlineI typically don't buy the oil from the part stores but when they include a free filter it's actually a really good deal and gets it at least comparable to Walmart pricing.
I agree, the Mobil 1 Advanced Clean was $38.99 from Advance and they sell the Mobil 1 filter for $18.99. Walmart doesn't sell that oil so I figured since their other is priced $27.97 I would use that number, they have the Mobil 1 filters for $11.97 so the total is slightly more than the bundle from Advance. Probably 99% of the time you are better off buying the oil and filter from Walmart or online somewhere. For my truck I picked the Titanium filter which is comparable to the Endurance that you can get from Walmart and another with the Mobil 1 filter, for my Civic they only had Carquest Premium or the regular one that were discounted. You have to watch the bundles, typically they will only discount certain filters. I could've picked Honda and AC Delco but those were full price which weren't any savings.Boy not in my experience. Mine came well packed in a decent box with all four gallons in bubble wrap. Maybe I’ve been lucky, but my packages have always been delivered in good shape.Have they improved their packaging? I just ordered a couple of the oil change bundles from Advance, I chose the Mobil 1 Advanced Clean but one of the filter boxes had been open and taped back shut. When purchasing filters you should really open the box to make sure everything is fine, make sure the correct filter is actually the one in the box, look at the seal and inside of it. You would be surprised what you can find sometimes and by checking it out you will prevent a return trip.
