Delphi AC Delco PF52 pics

As promised, I have taken pics of what I believe to be a Delphi filter. The PF52 AC Delco sold at Autozone appears to be a Champion Labs filter. This one was purchased at Advance Auto, and it defintely shows no Champion labs characteristics. To see a champion labs PF52, refer to the "UPF52 pictures" thread. This thread shows a Wal Mart ST, and a UPF52 AC Delco, both of which are champion filters.

A pic of the baseplate. Note how this differs from the Champion filters.

A picture of the inner tube, which has BIG holes compared to the Champion filter.

So does anyone know which is better? the champion-made AC filter, or the one shown in the picture? From what I can tell, the AC in the picture is NOT made by champion.

Here is what I have found out.

PF52 25171377 is made by Delphi. Says Delphi on box.

PF52 25160560 is made by ?? Says AC Rochester on Box

The part number you have is a Delphi number

The fact that GM has two part numbers may indicate 2 distinct parts.

The PF52 filters I have are left over from my 1996 truck and I have had them since at least 1998 when I sold the truck.
