I am winter prepping the car, piece by piece. No matter what I apply to the rubber seals around the door, they always freeze shut. This year, I would like to clean those seals thoroughly before applying rubber conditioner (mostly 303 Rubber conditioner or dielectric grease). Is there any rubber cleaner that you like?
I tried soapy water, diluted car wash soap and super clean (1:4) but none really worked that well.

I was looking at these two, cleaner as well as conditioner

Meguiar's Marine/RV Vinyl and Rubber, Cleaner & Conditioner, 16 oz. M5716
https://www.amazon.com/Meguiars-M5716SP-Marine-Cleaner-Protectant/dp/B0000AY4YJ
and
Meguiar's M40 Mirror Glaze Vinyl & Rubber Cleaner & Conditioner, 16 oz.
https://www.amazon.com/Meguiars-Mirror-Rubber-Cleaner-Conditioner/dp/B0002SQYV4

But don't know if any one is better than the other. If Marine product will be better suited for the winter use etc.

Any input appreciated.

Not sure about cleaning but when I lived where doors would freeze shut in winter I started using Silicone spray on the door seals. Well, the drivers door anyway. Other than when it rained then turned into freezing rain and coated the entire vehicle in ice, I didn't have issues with the door sticking to the rubber. At best I would simply clean with soapy water first. Whatever car wash soap I was using a the time and it was never anything special.

My guess is that nothing will solve the issue if it gets cold enough. Some car designs are more prone to moisture ingress at the doors and hatch.

I have generally used a quick detail spray like Sonax Brilliant Shine Detailer to clean the jams and door edges. Follow up once or twice a year with Gummi Pflege.

My Lucerne's doors freeze easier than any other vehicle I have owned so last year I tried cleaning with Meguiras M39 and then hit it with the Gummi stuff and it didn't help at all, I also cleaned a waxed the door were it contact the rubber seals. I'm thinking maybe the Gummie I had was just old so I'm going to order a new bottle and give it a try.

I also have some Meguiras M40 so I will try that but it leaves a heavy residue vs the M39 so I wonder if it would counter act against the Gummi?

Shin-Etsu grease is another excellent option.

ITs good for seals, but not so good for clothes (if you shortly lean on it)
