Contact the police tomorrow. Heck, since he says hes from the UAE you could probably contact Dept. of Homeland Security, since it is both a death threat, and possibly could be considered terrorism.

(Edit: Not necessarily because hes from the UAE, but because he's from another country period)

But really, as much as I want to be a smart aleck about it, if you feel the slightest chance there's something legit about it (visited the UAE lately?), tell the police.

The UAE isn't exactly a breeding ground for murderers and international assassins.

It's probably the most secular and Western-friendly of all the Arab countries.

Besides, it's obviously a spam email. If you respond to it, you will get more because the sender will see that it is a valid email address.

Report it to the police as a matter of course, but leave it alone otherwise.
