Purchased mid Feb 2024. Gentle driving with 2000 mile (mostly 60-70mph freeway) road trip near end of 4 month - 4198 mile OCI. Mainly wanted to check level of fuel dilution. Though the 1.8L engine is port injected, the engine is constantly turning off and on as car switches between battery power and engine.
Also now curious what brand of oil this dealership used. Doesn't look like TGMO judging from Moly content...?

Your wear is pretty low for the mileage but that is to be somewhat expected since part of the usage is electric. So long as fuel doesn't go too much higher 5-6k would be a good option for you.

That 2000 mile road trip helped the fuel dilution stay what is probably considered low (2.6%) for this engine. And the road trip is another reason why the wear metals are so low. I've seen it on my 2018 CRV. An OCI that had a 3000 mile road trip showed almost no wear, even with a lot of fuel dilution, whereas one with almost city driving showed super high wear metals.

As for oil type, I've seen TGMO samples with low moly. It's not a requirement. Here's a sample of 0W20 from 2023:
