Dealer Visit For Engine Vibration

First of all you don't need to replace the valve cover gasket on a Honda 4 cylinder when adjusting the valves, unless it was leaking beforehand. Just needs a little RTV in the corner joints.
Valve adjustments are wise but not absolutely neccessary on the newer engines...they have roller rockers.
From my time on various Honda forums, I'd look at ignition. The plugs are Iridium but the gap needs to be set correctly. (Once set, they seldom need checking.)
One Fit component that seems to be a problem are the coil packs over the plugs. So have the dealer check these. That #3 is a good place to start. The car should still be under warranty with only 32K miles on it, so get the dealer to change ALL of them if you can (they are kinda pricey if you have to pay for it yourself).

Do the valves have a set screw adjustment or are shims required? My toyota requires a heavy teardown since the valves are non- adjustable without using different bucket clearance. Tight exhaust speaks to valve head recessing ocurring faster than stem and rocker wear - maybe a function of bad fuel.
Spouses 91 honda base civic SOHC had noisy valvetrain and I found the rocker pivots to be so worn I could not get a reliable clearance adjustment. Improper material selection or hardening IMO = Cheap. This along with a myriad other problems including a dist that had constant crossfire since new led us to trade the vehicle with less than 50K on the clock. Cooked the cat. disappointing.

Its a setscrew/locking screw system.
The difficulty is the shape of the car, IE it is helpful to remove the wiper box over the top of the engine for access. (Never done it on our own Fit but word is that it takes 15 minutes to remove this the second time you do it.)

Honda doesn't recommend checking it until 110k. But the techs said they are starting to see a lot of them come in at low mileage with tight valves, so it's better to be proactive than to burn a valve.
