And again, nothing scary was seen (still haven't picked up a new camera
frown.gif
). The endcaps were very securely held to the media; no busting seams, ect. I can see the point of conern where the media is glued together; but the two I've cut up have been fine. Seems like a good dose of media as well.

I am curious as to how well this bypass valve works; at least it's at the good end. Gonna keep using them, I think. Can't beat $2.07 for a good filter, eh? It was in use on a '96 Saturn SL1 for 3,000 miles btw.
 
I'm done complaining about the Super Tech Ecores. All the oil drops on my driveway from the defective Super Tech filter this past spring has vanished. I've since re-married non-Ecore AC Delcos & Motorcraft filters.
