I would want my friend back with me.
What about the loving care I gave my cat over 11 years? That doesn't count?
I spend thousands on him over 11 years, and I don't need to prove myself any more than that as a loving pet dad.
I don't need to buy his ashes back to prove myself any further. The case is closed and he has died, and he won't be back.
My friend will never be "back with me" unless you consider a box of his ashes to be "your friend".
This is one of those posts I wish I'd never made here, a post I cannot delete, because I have not enjoyed my dealings with you in particular.
I don't even care what you would do in such a situation. I loved my cat more than you could imagine.
