For the last 6 months it's been nearly the only vehicle I drive seeing 200+ a week. The oil never needed topping off and after 10k it's perfectly level and ya its a nice shade of black. The valves and cams look amazing. No sludge or visible wear patterns at all and it looks brand new.

Additional information would specific operational cycles, such as:

1. The number of miles it is driven each time it is started

2. Warmup times, if at all

3. Driving style, e.g., aggressive or conservatively slow.

4. City, highway, mixed driving?

5. etc.

Anything you think of that has an effect on oil is important for us to make a WAG as to whether what you did is probably ok or probably not. The data you give is subjective, of course, but it gives us an idea of what the oil is being subjected to. You can yourself look at used oil analysis threads and compare what they report with how you operate to get a good idea to.

The only way to know for sure, though, would be to send off a sample, which could very well show that your oil is good to go; conversely, it could show that the oil is degraded to the point that you're risking much by doing what you're doing.

1. Miles per trip - 15
2. 5 mins warm up minimum
3. Grandma status conservative speed limit driving
4. 100% highway use only.
5. MMO added to every tank of gas. (Unrelated but sure why not)

No need for the 5 minutes of warmup. 2-3 max. Otherwise, you're just wasting fuel.
Nix on the MMO added to every tank of gas. It's a waste of money.
7500 miles on your short-trip regimen would be about as far as I would like to push it. Taking 3 years to get there I don't think is a problem.
10k, not so good, but I doubt that any permanent damage will occur from doing it one time.

Good thing its at least Pennzoil Ultra synth. I'd at least crawl under there and change the oil filter every year. Make up oil might make this stuff go 3 years no problem.

if i knew the oil changes on a used car were done every 5k or more i would not purchase that car
i have been driving 25 years and always change at 3,ooo even if its synthetic and i always will

Lots of us take care of the rides. I've owned my fair share of good used cars and ones that looked great, sounded great and turned out to be money pits. It's all hit or miss.

3k on Syn is a waste, I do 5k on Synthetic, and depending on driving conditions I would have no issues doing 5k on regular conventional oil. I've gone 7,500 on my malibu per the OLM using dealer Dexos approved oil.

Embarrassingly enough...I went super-long when I first started driving the Echo. The car is a beater, it was free, and ran like crud. So, I went something like two years between changes. Heck, it leaks a quart per month so I was pouring new oil in it anyway

You completely missed the point of my post.

I'm going to run a 15k OCI on my 2004 Accord, Mobil 1 Extended Performance 0w20, Fram Ultra, 121k miles on the car, I've had it since 120k miles and don't know the history, roughly 80% highway, will do a used oil analysis after.
