Crappy customer service

Anyone deal with Emhart Fasteners? They now own HeliCoil. Emhart is a Black and Decker company.

I won't go into detail, but I have a relatively simple question for them.

Their website sucks. Their email sucks. No phone support.

They say they will get an answer in 24 hours on the tech service form.....all I got was this email:

I am very intolerant of poor customer service myself. I usually give a company a second chance and thats it for me. The problem I notice is that they are either incompetent or rude - or both.
