I'm making fancy cranberries right at the moment. Figs soaked in hot red wine, then add cranberries, orange juice, brown and white sugar, and grated fresh ginger. Cook until the cranberries all pop and it gets nice and thick.
Edit: I finished making this a little while ago and I've gotta admit I'm not a fan of this recipe. Hope somebody likes it, LOL. Might have to open a can of cranberry sauce tomorrow.
