Knock 'em dead Thanksgiving sides to share?

Anybody have any killer Thanksgiving side dish recipes they want to share? I'm doing the spread on my own this year.
I'm not vegan by any stretch of the imagination but Alton Brown's mooless chocolate pie always disappears at Thanksgiving and Holiday get togethers and parties.
1 16oz block silken tofu
1 16oz bag semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
2-3 tablespoons of BlackBerry, raspberry or apricot preserves
1-2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
1 shot glass (2-4 ounces) espresso
1) Melt the chocolate chips over a double boiler till completely melted
2) put silken tofu, chocolate, preserves, vanilla extract, and espresso into a blender. Blend till completely mixed together.
3) Pour into your favorite pie shell ie Graham crackers, oreo crust etc.
4) Refrigerate overnight and serve for dessert

Ding ding ding! Thanks, I'm totally making this. I have a pre-made pecan crust I can use.

Let me know how it goes. If you don't tell anyone it has tofu in it it will disappear. I would go to a friend of mines in laws for a Christmas party. I rarely brought any home.

It has to be silken tofu. If you buy the firm it will turn out weird. There's the Chinese style refrigerated and Japanese shelf stable varieties.

It's similar to a pie I used to make that had Dream Whip in it that always got "disappeared" but I stopped making it after finding Dream Whip got difficult at the store. Your version is undoubtedly much less unhealthy.

I cook this once a year usually by request, as its not healthy, but friends and family love it.

I take 2 to 3 large cans of green beans( enough to completely fill a crock pot ), drain the water. I put bacon on the bottom of the crock pot and then fill it to completely full with green beans with the water drained. I leave just enough water to have some on the bottom of the crock pot.

I add smoked salt , onion powder, a bit of garlic salt, and sugar. And more bacon on top. Probably 6-8 pieces of bacon total.

I let the crock pot cook overnight ( usually start about 10pm) into the next day, stirring occasionally and adding more of the above spices as needed to taste. Serve for thanksgiving lunch.

I'm making this tomorrow night.
