Costco microfibers marked down

I find the Costco MF towels plenty linty right out of the package. Try wiping a window with them and tons of lint will be left behind. I still use them on my paint and seats, but use special lint free ones from Amazon specifically for windows:

I learned my lesson the hard way using cheap MF towels of the pile/loop variety, like these Costco style, on windows and leaving light scratches on them. The backing material was the culprit.

I'll now trust my screens and windows only to glass towels with a single weave, or smooth eyeglass cloths designated for such usage. And never chemicals unless called for. Even "safe" "screen cleaners" can remove AR coatings, as I've had hapeen during the CRT monitor days.
