Coolant Reccomendation for my 00 Ford Explorer

Hi,
I am going to be doing a coolant system drain, flush, re-fill next week.
I am looking for a reccomendation on which coolant I should get to do the job. I am not looking for the Pre-Mixed stuff. Just straight Coolant (I will mix my own de-ionized water)

It's a 2000 Ford Explorer XLT with the 4.0 L SOHC engine. 40k on the clock.

Funny thing is that I'm also flushing and changing the coolant on my '97 X this weekend.

I've been using Havoline Dex for the past 2 years and I haven't had a single problem. No gunk or crud. Still, I'm going to give Zerex G-05 a shot and I've already bought a couple of gallons.

I too mix it myself but I use 60% water along with RL Waterwetter.

I have a 1993 Explorer with the OHV motor and I have Prestone Extended Life 5/150 with no problems at all. I have a 60/40 mix and it seems to work great.

G-05 is very good, and is 100% compatible with the green stuff. I switched over to G-05 in my ford truck as well.
