I have 4 gals, of Detroit Allison coolant I "inherited". It's Power Cool + ELC . Should I put it in the 99 FORD 7.3 It's non-silicate, non-phosphat and eliminates the need for supplamental additives. It's OAT. It was left over from a maintaince job.

ya it will be alright. i have run that in my powerstroke, we had some in our backstock at the KW dealer here. didnt have a problem so it should be good

PowerCool Plus may be be suitable for the 7.3 but if I were you, I would use conventional fully formulated coolant, only because the 7.3 is especially susceptible to cavitation damage (Powerstroke owners know of this problem as 'black death'). I would also monitor the coolant carefully and add SCAs as needed.

I am currently using PowerCool Plus in a MBE906 engine without any problems but this engine doesn't have the cavitation problems that the 7.3 has.
