Cooking meat on a stick on a grill

Picked up this package of beef cubes on a stick.

Dragged out the grill I have't used in a year or two to cook it on.

How long to leave it on the grill? Turn once?
 
One half cup of mutilated monkey meat....

Get London Broil. Cut it into thirds. Poke one many times with rat tail tines, marinade in vinegar, dash of low sodium soy sauce. pepper, parsley.
Remember to turn it.

Just seared some this evening. It'll be "lunch on the road" tomorrow. No 'sheep on a stick' street food for us.
 
The math doesn't figure. A price of $13.85, new price of $6.79 with a savings of $2.91? Somethings fishy about that beef.
