I haven't had a convertible in several years, but when I had
one I used 303 Protectant. I am getting a convertible and
I was wondering what everyone is using now? Thank you

I have been using a product called Raggtopp. Easy to use and seems to really work well. Spray it on and it protects for a long time. I havent tried anything else. Why switch when you find a product thats easy to use and works great.

I use the BMW stuff because I like that it is concentrated and I can just mix some up and apply it.

I had been using 303 on my S2000 soft top since new, it's good but hard to find except at local Ace hardware, the price is about $10 for a small bottle.

Will try BMW protectant, what is the mixing ratio ? 50-50 with distilled water ?

I use 303, order it in gallon jug, can treat the top many times.
Plus I Have 3 convertibles so, buy in bulk.

Important thing is to treat the top a couple times a year.

I've used Raggtop and 303. I am far more pleased with the 303. Water beads right off my canvas top. Raggtop didn't last 90 days. And I prepped the top using the raggtop convertable top cleaner.
Just my 2 cents though.
This is the perfect time of year for curing 303. Spray it on and let it cure in the summer heat. Thats what makes it last.
