Concrete stuck to truck paint

Anybody got ideas on how to remove concrete from paint ? Got several spots from the grill fender passenger door and bed of my truck. Apparently while travel these past weekend I got to close to a concrete truck somewhere

Try backset concrete remover.

Try a little white vinegar on a cloth. The immediately clean the surface with soap and water and then rinse. Aplly some wax over the spot.
