Comp Cams Assembly Lube

I did some searching... nothing. Does anyone have a clue what's in this stuff? It's the cherry red stuff. I would guess it might have high levels of ZDDP, or some other kind of extreme pressure lubricant right?

If the label says eye irritant, it's likely ZDDP in there.

I would ask comp cams. Suspecting a bit O' Molly Magee too. Cam wearin is quick - like minutes. Whatcha gonna use it for?

Oh, I was just curious because I have some sitting around from cam install I did a few years ago. I was thinking about maybe using the rest of it to juice up my ZDDP levels in my old Chevy truck that has hydraulic flat tappet lifters.

It might even benefit my Mazda 3 since that engine has mechanical lifters...

Do any of you know what exactly is in the "GM camshaft and lifter prelube" 4 oz bottles? Not the EOS 16oz bottles, I am asking about the small 4 oz squeeze bottles.

I think it says mineral oil, calcium sulfonate and polyisobutene on the bottle. Who knows what that stuff is.
