Planning on doing the first oil change on my 2012 Acura TL SH-AWD (3.7L). Acura recommends 5W-20. I will be doing it when OLM reaches 15% (I am guessing about 5K miles. This OLM seems not to be as generous as my 2008 Honda 3.5L which went between 7.5 and 8K at 15%).
I will be using 3.5 QT Pennzoil Ultra 5w-20 SM and 1 QT Redline SM 5W-20 along with NAPA Platinum filter. Reason for this is I have two left over quarts of the Redline. I will run this to 15% again.
Any problems with this idea?
