Thanks, but at nearly 73 both of us have lost a step or two. Although neither of us has joint pain, and I take only a small BP pill, we are blessed for our health and ability to travel.

My mother is 93 and still gets around very well. The only meds she takes is a small pill for AFIB. I will be driving to Rolla, Mo. today to visit her.
