I have a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt SS Supercharged and I picked up some Valvoline SynPower 5w30 for it I was just wondering if this is a good choice for the car.

Definetly. I don't know if the superchaged Cobalt engine requires a 4718M oil, but even if it does, Synpower is 4718M certified, so you're all covered!

I know the Turbo Cobalt SS requires 4718M oil. Buddy has one, and runs M1 5w30 in it. It goes like a scalded ape!

If still under warranty, make sure you stick with something that is 4718M-certified. Not just 'meets' it, but actually certified to it....
