Spazdog, a scooter works well in areas that have lots of warm, dry weather. Not so much up here, where they are used as summer toys. Having anything with a roof and heater beats a scooter all hollow once it's raining, or cold. I've done bicycle commuting before, and the days when I got caught out in the rain without appropriate attire weren't pleasant.
Seeing that IQ next to that Impala, it's obvious what its mission is. That looks like it's ridiculously easy to park. The wheels are almost at the corners. Perfect for parking it in NYC or other places where parking is limited due to lacking space.

In the UK, there is no congestion charge for scooters and parking is free. I typically do not think of warm, dry weather when I think of London.

For what you pay for an Iq - you can get a much nicer (and roomier) spark.

Parking there is crazy! Driving in the city is crazy. Probably why there are so many scooters and motorcycles.

I don't know, but that is a issue with him, not the car. Frankly if he went into the dealership to buy a truck and came out with this tilts a rational person's analysis as the truck being the more useless vehicle in this case.... JMO.
