Speaking of my Accord, when I come to a stop and I press on the pedal I sometimes feel a light clunk in the pedal as I press on it. Also, and more often when letting off the pedal from a stop I feel the clunk and its more pronounced. Any idea what it could be? Im not really worried about it because it brakes just fine, its more annoying that anything. I also noticed that it was less frequent in the winter, and more frequent now that its warmed up again. SHOOT!

It's most likely the pads shifting in their mount brackets. That's not a problem until there's so much excess movement that the anti-squeal shims start to try and walk off the pads. The shims can move around so much that they get loose and you have to bend them straight again to get them to stay in place.

Sounds more like sway bar links or bushings to me.

+1! I think I'm the only BITOG'er who gets frustrated when people ask for diagnoses over the Internet. Without seei g the car, and getting intimate with its working parts how the heck is someone supposed to tell you what's going on?
Which leads to my second gripe, the reason people ask these questions;
Brakes are simple, there's nothing magical or even complicated about how they work so the man with common sense looks before he asks and if that man is not blind he'll see what's wrong and put it right.
The guy who isn't confident with repairs, or who doesn't own tools (or both) won't bother to look, instead he asks some Internet experts who can't see the car to guess at a diagnosis COMPLETELY IN VAIN! If you're not competent to look and diagnose you're sure as heck not competent to affect a repair and given that you can't fix it, there is no sense in asking!
It's not like you're mechanic will fail to look at the car when you take it to him,and it's not like he won't know what the problem is just by visual check, so your factfinding is pointless because it doesn't help anybody!

I agree with the above, pull the tire off and investigate.

Pop each wheel off and tighten the calipers and check everything else. Also look under the dash and push the brake pedal to see if it isn't where the brake pedal connects to the booster under there.
