Closeout CarQuest Filters

I’ve ordered from RockAuto at least 20 times, but I am always a little hesitant on the closeouts. I am no more! I got 8 beautiful CarQuest Premium filters for $1-2 a piece.
They are all PG made filters that I would run in a heart beat.

I have 6-pk of PG2222's in my cart at RA and HD and it's about $3.50 total cheaper at HD...or $3.22 each.

Nice! I've gotten some interesting stuff from their brand-obscuring options. A few months ago I even got a microGreen MG410-3 when ordering an "Ultra-Power" 51060. Definitely a gamble, but the price often makes it pretty reasonable.

I paid $8 for shipping, all in about $23, so a bit more than just $2 a filter, well worth it though.

Update on the closeout filters: Looks like 1 of the 8 arrived with a small dent in the middle of the can. Box was fine, however. Seems as though the advanced auto that RA probably bought it from had the filter dropped by a customer. You win some and lose some.
