PP cleaned my daughters CRV nicely. It took about 4 OCI's. You draw a big conclusion about a failing lifter. No doubt auto RX is a better cleaner but this guy has already said he can't do the schedule.Ever think your double OCI had an effect on the lifter?? Hellooooooo
Sure, except the used oil analysis shows the oil to be useful for another 5000 miles. It wasn't the oil thickening or getting used up, the oil itself was in fine condition. The point is, if you have a problem with something being dirty, you need to directly address the issue with something designed to clean it much more aggressively than oil.
