cleaning interior of intake manifold...

how is a good way of cleaning the inside of a intake manifold? This is for a saturn intake.

You can use CRC Air Intake Cleaner or Seafoam Deep Creep.
What i do is just open up the throttle body and give it a good spray with and without the straw (just enough to coat the insides). Let it soak for 5mins, spray it down one more time then start up the car. It might not want to start right away so give it a little gas...

I uses Amsoil Power Foam through the PCV valve with the engine running every time before I change the oil.
