Truly Epic! He will be missed for sure! Honestly there are too many of his Classic Threads to post here. RIP Gary!

I know, I just wanted to remind people of some of the fun, informative stuff we got from Gary over the years.....he taught us to look at gas additives and thin oil in a whole new light!

What about the oil pressure differential gauge mounted in the cab of his van, and the oil filter testing. Running a used 7,000 + mile Pure One and putting all the plugged oil filter myths to rest! Epic.

This is the text of what appears to be GA's very last post on BITOG, from the thread on the steam turbine failure in SA:

"My conclusion ...Shannow's right ..he can hold physics "clinics" on 101, 202, etc. and beyond levels. I'd attend ..but I need -000 and 000 remedial.

Never bring a knife to a nuke fight."

True Gary - humble, ready to give credit where it is due.

I always loved how well Gary skirted the P rules on the RSP law. He was a MASTER. He did it so well, there was not even a hint of violation. It was aggravating because I would completely loose it in responses and get popped for it. But I took it all in humor as did Gary, he would just wink and go on. Dang I miss the guy.
