Canadian site has more specs for this oil than the US site. The few specs that are provided on the US site are identical to the Canadian specs, so it's probably the same formulation.
HTHS is 3.6 cP, so about the same as a typical 10w30 or 5W-40 HDEO.
I would assume that it's considered to be an "ILSAC grade", despite the high HTHS, meaning it wouldn't have exemptions from some of the API SP requirements that the thicker grades have. In other words, it would probably need to have 800 ppm phosphorus to meet both API SP and CK-4.
