Citgo Bulk Oil and Service Champ Filter

Is this combination a decent quality oil change for a 2002 Toyota MR2 Spyder?
Does it really matter when you are changing every 3,000 to 4,500 miles anyway?
I am currently running Castrol GTX and a Fram filter.

Presuming the Citgo bulk oil is at least API SL/ILSAC GF-3, I'll venture it's perfectly acceptable for your application. The Service Champ oil filter is just one more of the Champion Labs brands and should be performance comparable to the ST. All of the above will work fine for at least 5,000 mile OCIs in "normal" service. "Severe" service should generally be restricted to 3,000 mile OCIs.
