Have a 22 civic 1.5t that I moved to 5w-30 and 5k mile intervals like 15,000 miles ago and looking to have the oil analyzed. I’m not looking to extend intervals but rather ensure that fuel/oil dilution is being kept to a minimum and that the oil is not dropping (too far) out of grade, and I’m fine wasting a bit of money to change the oil even prematurely if those two are accomplished.

I have used Blackstone for another car in the past but understand their method of measuring fuel isn’t the best, yet still see lots of folks using them. I’ve also heard of Polaris Labs and Speed Diagnostix but unsure if there are other good places I’m missing. I want to be able to explain my goals to the lab so they give me an analysis based on what I am looking to accomplish, not just one that will tell me to go longer interval next time, because that’s not what I’m interested in. Located in the USA if that helps.
