Chevron Rykon MV comparability

I have Genie s60 manlift and it needs to have oil added. Rykon is not available in my area. I was told Cenex MV 32 is compatible. Is that correct or do I need to find another alternative?

That's the sole acceptable oil that is listed or does the manual give you alternatives or general specifications?

Chevron Rando HD MV oil is fully compatible and
mixable with Shell Donax TG (Dexron III) oils.
