Chevron Refinery fire.

Gas follows market forces. The "new" formulations don't store that well. Be nice if we refined more of it here in the US, but the Green Weenies have driven most refinery operations offshore.

I believe we export fuel now. Don't seem to need more refineries.

Even if we had more refineries here, they would just export more...no way they're gonna do anything to allow prices to ease here...
