Check it! new family cruiser

I just recently rode in my nieces husbands TRD ORP. He just had the P-rated Toyo AT3's installed in the stock size. With T G015's. with 1800 or so miles on them. Not that they howled like an M/T tire, but the increased noise was noticeable. The Toyo's are a bit more aggressive looking than my E-rated Yoko's.

Ride difference was negligible. His tires were at 34 psi, mine are generally at 38-40 psi.

P-rated tires have their load capacity reduced by a factor of 1.1, when they are mounted on a truck or SUV. So my E load tires at 40 psi, have just about the same load capacity as a stock P-rated tire at 32 psi.

He had no experience in rain or snow with his tires yet. I can say that my Yokohama's are great in the rain and snow. A big improvement in the wet over the BFG KO2's, or the older Toyo AT2's. The Yoko's and Toyo's are ROUND, which it seems is hard to find in the Falken Wildpeak AT3W's. Lots of inability to balance issues on the Falkens.

If I needed a more aggressive A/T, at this point after my experience with the G015's, I'd seriously consider the Yokohama X-AT's.
