My friend 2010 Lexus RX 350 with 120k with check engine light, coded PO107 and PO109. Need advice before bringing to mechanic.Planning to replace Mass air flow sensor and o2 sensor's?

First Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor/Barometric Sensor Low.” It is set when the PCM detects that the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) signal voltage is categorized as “too low”. Your car is fitted with a MAP sensor that measures the intake manifold's pressure. P0107
P0109 is Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor/Barometric Sensor Low.” It is set when the PCM detects that the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) signal voltage is categorized as “too low”. Your car is fitted with a MAP sensor that measures the intake manifold's pressure.

Something isnt right. The codes are for a MAP sensor but OE parts only show a MAF for this car. It is usually one or the other but there are a few cars that use both. Is the year model and codes correct. Does his VIN begin with 2 or a J?

P0107 and P0109 are not in the code list in TIS for a 2010 RX350, meaning the engine control module physically cannot set those fault codes. Are you sure its not P0017 and P0019?
