Charging Battery - -Amps?

Check the voltage at the alternator , then at the battery WITH THE CAR RUNNING . tHEN NOT RUNNING .

iS THE BELT SLIPPING ? Check all the cables and connections to be sure they are tight and corrosion free .

Bingo !

Lots of cleaning needed , maybe a new clamp / and / or cable .

Clean the battery post and shine it up . then grease / petroleum jelly on the post & clamp .

Charge the battery well & check / replenish the battery water , if it is servicable .

Check the grounds while you are at it .
