I'm here!! ok, I'm not buster, but he would probably say go with asm, or another good syn. For 7.5k oci's xlm would be perfect for this car. In fact, most good quality dino would do that oci just fine.

I also notice a quieter engine when I switched from xlm to gtx. Strange isn't it

My Honder purrs nicely on Havoline 5W-20 with lots of moly.
Less than 1/4 qt use between 5K OCI's. No complaints.
