The "right" parts don't always have to be OEM. Autolite as well as NGK, Denso and others make perfectly fine spark plugs. Furthermore - factory plugs are made by one of these spark plug makers anyhow so you just have a AC-Delco or Ford or whatever logo on it.

A spark plug is an incredibly simple device. I can't say I've ever EVER witnessed a problem attributed to the brand of plug used.

Besides, as mentioned, you can't necessarily tell who manufactured a factory plug. Just because a car came with a Delco plug from the factory doesn't mean you are installing the same manufactured plug 10 years later, Delco box or not. Contracts are constantly rotating.
