Change the engine air filter and then leave it alone?

It’s good practice to at least check the air filter while an oil change. Check if any mice decided to move in and start on a family

Put it in and leave it alone for 30,000 miles. I change them every 30,000 miles.
I don't operate my UTV or vehicles in dusty or smokey conditions.
The UTV filter will be maintained according to Polaris recommendations.
For my zero turn it's different. Kohler recommends cleaning and re-oiling the foam pre-filter every 25 hours and change the pre-filter and air filter every 100 hours.
