change it....it never hurts to change out fluids....especially diff fluid.

Any synthetic that meets your spec is good.....even Mag1 or Walmart brand....this should get some of the wear metals out of the diffy.

Change it (I would have already changed it). I dumped it at 13,300 in my 2010 that had the same axle as yours. The UOA had lots of iron (429ppm), but subsequent ones, even though they had more miles, had less iron and I towed about 40% of the 160K miles on it.
 
It could never hurt to change it. It seems like 30-40K miles is the sweet spot where the unit will have shed the majority of it's break-in wear.
 
Well I was trying to hold off till 50000 but yall have helped me make my mind up. I'm thinking I might use royal purple I saw at advance for around 14 bucks a quart or valoline synpower that I think was 12 a quart.. Both were 75-140. Thanks for quick responses. .
