Okay, I've milked my current tires for all they are worth. My tires were doing fine until a few weeks ago....dry rot has started on two tires (a little bit). They have been creeping toward 7 years old anyways.
But I took it for one of it's final drives this year. (car sits when the snow flies). iF it does go out, it is not very far. So I'm wondering, based on this, if I should get the new ones now, or hold out until spring to get them.
I just hate to get new tires, only to have them sit for the winter. Though the thought of my current tires does bother me, though I think they would be fine for the winter. (little to no driving) Your thoughts?
