Got it for my bimmer in sig. Pretty well made for it's price.($5.34 from amazon vs Mann for $16.90)
Honestly I can't spot a seam. It has 60 pleats.
Anyway here is the filter:

Where is "Parts Plus" made anyway? Or is it just a relabeled Champ?

Looks very good for $5.xx. I think cartridge filter should costs less than spin on filter, because it has much less parts.

Amazon said it's Champ, well at least it's made by them. Box says China, but it could be just box made there. Next oil change I will get something different to compare.

"Parts Plus" filters are made by "Premium Guard"....usually in China or Korea.
