CF rated oils

Is there any value, benefit, protection, or just piece of mind in using an oil that has a CF rating? I notice that Durablend and M5000 used to have it; SynPower, M1, M7500, and CS have it; and PP does not. The weights that I am looking at are 5w20 and 5w30.

I think CF is for light duty diesel applications. Not necessarly a very hearty spec, but generally would show a somewhat more robust oil than those without the CF. Probably should consider other specifications also. My preference is for ACEA A3, but that isn't in 5w20 that I am aware of except maybe Redline. Can get ACEA A3 in 5w30, at least Maxlife Synthetic 5w30 is ACEA A3 and may also have CF. Maxlife Synthetic is avail for $3.99 at AutoZone, nice deal.
