Cernavoda, a plant that was originally planned to have 4x CANDU 6 units, but had concrete poured for 5 because the lead politician misspoke (LOL!) has been planning on resuming the construction on the remaining 2 units, 3 and 4. Units 1 and 2, the only nuclear reactors in Romania, have been some of the top performing in the world with capacity factors of 90.0% and 93.6% respectively, since commissioning.
You can see the 5th unit in this picture:
The approval to allow the project to move on to stage 2 was made in March of 2023:

Contract for units 3 and 4 at Cernavoda nuclear power plant to be signed by October

This project will well-position AtkinsRéalis (formerly SNC-Lavalin) for additional CANDU projects abroad. They are currently looking at expanding into Australia, who, like Canada, has massive uranium deposits, but no domestic enrichment capacity. The Canadian CANDU reactor uses natural uranium for fuel, so no enrichment is required. This enables a complete domestic fuel supply chain, ensuring energy security.

AtkinsRéalis opens new Sydney office to support next Australian chapter
The Sydney office opening was attended by Bill L. Young, Chair of the Board, Ian L. Edwards, President and CEO, Christine Healy, President for AMEA, and Tom Hasker, CEO, Australia and New Zealand. “We are expanding our Australian operations to play our part in delivering critical infrastructure...
