Good grief. When did I say the cell tower is harmful? I think I was careful to say that there was no demonstrated connection between these devices and adverse health effects. I said I err on the side of caution.

I think that mixing ionizing and non ionizing radiation is not a good comparison because the biological effects are different, but yeah, clearly higher frequencies have higher photon energy, and are potentially more harmful, if you want to use that term. That's not even open to controversy. Look at your chart - would you rather bask in visible sunlight or X-rays? I know which one I'd pick.
