Hello all,

This is my first oil sample for my 05 Jeep Liberty with the 3.7 L V6 engine. Looks reasonable -- iron may be high and I'm not surprised with the silicon level as I live in Arizona. Are there any other levels I should be concerned about?

Sorry,

Looks like I'm having problems displaying a pdf file. Any tips on how to get it to display? Thanks.

Looks just fine to me! Looking at the universal averages, high Fe might just be normal for that engine. I wouldn't worry about it.

This oil has a lot more life in it!

The oil is fine and the wear numbers are perfectly allright. IIRC these motors do tend to have slightly higher Fe numbers than some. Based on what you see here there is probably little or no reason not to run longer intervals on the oil.
