Castrol Syntec 5w-20, 8120 mi, '04 Honda Odyssey

I'll be using Amsoil XL 5W-20 in my 06 Odyssey. I recommend the same. This analysis isn't horrible, and syntec should geat another shot, but I think you'll see better numbers with the XL.
